Shipping Policy

Jewstery ships within the United States. Each order includes a flat $5 shipping fee per checkout.

Delivery timeframe: Ships within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary by carrier and destination.

Jewstery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at jewstery@gmail.com within 7 days.
