By accessing the Jewstery website or purchasing a Jewstery Box, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
The Product
Each Jewstery Box contains brand-new modest-fashion pieces from the partner edition you select at checkout. The specific styles, colors, and piece count are a surprise and vary by edition. Every box guarantees a combined retail value of at least twice the price you pay, based on the featured brand's stated retail prices.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Final Sale
Because style, color, and exact merchandise are part of the mystery experience, all sales are final for personal preference. Jewstery will assist with damaged items, wrong labeled sizes, missing items, or unmet guaranteed value. See our Mystery & Final-Sale Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
Jewstery provides mystery boxes "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewstery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
